Our Mundo review of Les Hamaques, Costa Brava, Spain - The perfect Costa Brava location for complete and perfect tranquility <3 Located just 6 minutes from the nearest beach town and within a short drive to dozens of beautiful sights and charming small towns.
I only got the chance to visit it shortly but, how I wish I had more time!
With only 7 rooms Les Hamaques boutique guest house is meant to act like your ideal vacation home, it is intimate and Everything in this family run place is so carefully-thought, aesthetic, and Eco friendly. I never imagined such place even exists.

Location: Location is very much a matter of personal taste, if you're looking into staying in the middle of a lively town full of shopping centers and restaurants, this place isn't for you. If you're looking for serenity, look no more, this small town is super quiet and is at a very quick drive away from small picturesque towns with a beach, exquisite restaurants etc.
Was it clean? Very clean, amazing floral scent spreads around the house, in the garden the smell of roses is all over.
Personal touch: Natalie who greeted me as I arrived is the daughter of the couple that owns the place, she showed me around gave me the best recommendations and asked how I take my coffee in the morning, it was lovely. They even have an "Honest Bar" so you can really feel at home, this means you can pour yourself a glass of wine (and you don't have to pay for the bottle) and you just write down in a notebook what you have consumed. To sum up: it felt like I'm staying in my dream home.
Breakfast: What can I say that I haven't so far? I just LOVE this place! To be honest I'm not a breakfast "type", I don't eat much in the morning and I was not expecting much here, but first, the breakfast was beautifully set, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee just as I requested a day earlier was served to my table, bowls of fresh cherries and strawberries were placed amazingly next to some fresh yogurt, sausages and a basket of bread assortment was also delivered to my table. It was as if my lover had served me the most romantic breakfast in bed, instead it wasn't in bed and wasn't my lover :)
What else: Garden has hammocks and sitting corners where you can read, meditate or do yoga, it also has a nice pool. They also have SOY MILK! not so obvious when in Spain :)
I have nothing else to say, this place is currently my #1 vacation spot in the WORLD.
